Meet the Mississippi Hills Master Naturalists at their wetland restoration field day and presentations on November 1, 2025!
Learn how Master Naturalists work within their own communities to connect with the natural environment and create healthy spaces.
Schedule of events:
8:00 AM - Wetland restoration work begins at the Wetland Education Trail behind Canton R-V school.
11:00 AM - Chris Schulse is presenting about "Turtles and Wetlands"
1:00 PM - Zita Robertson will talk about "What Birds Eat During Migration"
3:00 PM - Sherry Pardee presentation: "Commercial Fisherman Clinton Bus Downs Reflections, a Life Working the Mississippi River"
All presentations will be held at the Canton Public Library.
