Renovation FAQ

Approximately 5 to 6 weeks, starting from September 1st until about October 10.

Staff will begin boxing up little-used items in the beginning of August. On EDM Day, August 22, most of the items will be loaded onto two semi trailers for storage.The Library will remain open with limited services until August 29.

The abatement contract was awarded to ARSI, inc. and the flooring contract was awarded to Moore’s Floors following sealed bid solicitations.Staff, Library Board Members, and volunteers will dismantle shelving, pack and move boxes, prep and paint walls, and move back into the library.Andrew Eisenbeiss of Nationwide Transport has donated the use of two semi trailers for storage of library materials.
